Fleet Compliance

Whilst providing a safe vehicle solution is one of our main
focuses, BCS Fleet are also responsible for ensuring that all
vehicles are operated in a legal manner. To support this we
created the Commercial Vehicle Operating Procedure along
with a number of guidance documents and the Barhale Driver
Handbook, together these documents provide the support
for both drivers and management to ensure safe and legal
vehicle operation. We will support you by ensuring all drivers
are inducted and issued with a driver pack. BCS Fleet is also
responsible for ensuring all driver licences are checked on a
regular basis. All driver licences will be checked at least once
per annum, commercial vehicle drivers and at risk drivers will
be checked more frequently.

In-Life Vehicle Company Cars
BCS Fleet together with Human Resources are responsible for
ensuring Barhales company car policy is current and fit for
purpose whilst also being followed. We monitor and update
Support Services the company car choice list on a regular basis ensuring the
latest models and environmentally friendly vehicles are
available for drivers to choose. With support from our fleet
provider we will arrange procurement of company cars and all
associated in life services as detailed. In addition to long term
company vehicles, we also provide short term rental cars.
